These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of leathermaison.ae (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Leather Maison ("Leather Maison," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. About Us
Leather Maison (Leather Maison FZE, trade license no. 4431812.01, a Free Zone Establishment registered with the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority, registered address Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates) operates leathermaison.ae.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Products and Natural Leather Characteristics
Leather Maison offers leather goods and related products. We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, materials, dimensions, and finishes accurately. However, product images and colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and device display.
Because leather is a natural material, variations in grain, tone, markings, wrinkles, pores, texture, color depth, and finish are normal and expected. These natural variations make each piece unique and do not constitute defects.
With use, leather may naturally soften, darken, stretch slightly, develop patina, or show signs of wear depending on handling, climate, storage, and care. Such natural ageing, patina, and wear are not considered manufacturing defects.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT where required by law, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
For deliveries outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other destination-country charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated and are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Leather Maison does not store your full card details.
If there is a pricing, listing, stock, technical, or payment error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any amount paid.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an automatic order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee final acceptance if there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or another reasonable reason preventing fulfillment.
Your order is accepted once it has been processed and dispatched, or otherwise confirmed by us as accepted.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues, incorrect customer information, or misuse of promotions. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.
6. Personalization, Monogramming, and Custom Orders
Where we offer personalization, monogramming, engraving, made-to-order items, or custom requests, you are responsible for ensuring that all names, initials, spelling, dates, symbols, colors, measurements, and requested details submitted by you are correct.
Personalized, monogrammed, engraved, made-to-order, or custom items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect details submitted by the customer, personal preference, or natural leather variation, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
We may reject personalization or custom requests that contain offensive, unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content.
7. Shipping
Shipping timelines, rates, and coverage within the UAE, across the GCC, and to selected international destinations are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs processing, payment verification, incorrect address details, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order, especially for personalized, monogrammed, engraved, made-to-order, final sale, or international orders.
9. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
Promotions, discount codes, or special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, usage limits, exclusions, or minimum order values. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively to previous orders.
Gift cards, where offered, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Leather Maison name, logo, product photography, text, graphics, design elements, layout, branding, and overall presentation — is owned by or licensed to Leather Maison and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or use any Site content, brand assets, images, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, payment systems, or servers;
- interfere with the proper operation or security of the Site;
- misuse promotions, discount codes, returns, exchanges, or customer support processes;
- upload or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or harmful.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and marketing tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Leather Maison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law or any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Leather Maison harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, fraudulent activity, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays, supply chain disruption, natural events, government action, public holidays, technical outages, payment provider issues, or other force majeure events.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
