Care instructions
Clean gently using a soft, damp cloth. Do not soak the item or expose it to excessive water. Do not use chemical cleaners, wet wipes, alcohol, or other cleaning agents. Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, creams, and any substance that may alter the colour, surface treatment, or finish of the leather.
Returns
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for UAE orders, or within 14 days for GCC and international orders. The request must clearly explain the reason for the return and include photographs or other relevant supporting evidence. Each request will be reviewed in accordance with Leather Maison’s return policy.
Personalized pieces are excluded. Any piece customized to a buyer’s request — engraved initials, custom text, or a special request — is made uniquely for that customer and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Pieces carrying only Leather Maison’s own monogram or LM logo, with no buyer personalization, remain eligible within the windows above.
